I want to share my experience in mxbox
this is my solution its up to you????
This is my temporary solution for dongle not detected
First
Remove Your Simcard in HTI
Second Open the mxkey software go to option-->general setting-->Connection
then change SC Access to Shared
Then put ur mxbox simcard to old smart card reader of mxkey
wait until the driver installed
then restart application...
Now your dongle detected

it's preferred that the card is put inside hti. not wasting usb post.
why hti can't detect the card, this could be many caused. most case is improper driver installation or card not fitted properly.

if u face this error then just resart apps an option in mxkey
