I am doing the following steps to download some flash files: 1. open mxkey 2. option 3. server 4. mxkey support 5. open page (mxkey page ) 6. files 7. nk>bb5>product code 8. enter product code (see back label of set) 9. download the file good luck In step 5, when the mxkey support page opens, I get the following: User not authorized: No valid session found Support, please advice. |
