As gbluez said,
that erase file is very nasty... use with caution.

Also you have done CROSS RM, make sure firmware is MATCHED as sticky post here:
http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f550...-post-1267078/

Now you can erase again, and TRY put it to the INITIAL condition.

Ignore local or test mode.
If you can manage this condition on "USB Phonet" as interface, just restore IMEI after phone scanned.

Make sure you're cross RM CORRECTLY. Or, put it back to the first state, as YP said.

Bro. Don't know where you massed up, anyway will try to recover again, follow step by step if Backup already present.

1st. Select Nasty Uni.BB5_Erase file which you already downloaded, put in MCU & tick with keeping other file tabs untick.

2nd. Click Flash will Erase whole Flash Chip.

3rd. Download Lowest Firmware with same Product Code of your Phone. Which must be RM-719 Ver 11.1.24 or Ver 12.0.23 depend on Product Code.

4th. Flash it with the above Match Firmware. Now i think will enter Local & Test Mode.

5th. Anyway write Backup PM will show IMEI-12345........? with Simlock Invalid.

6th. Click Restore IMEI, if getting error for Restore, then write RPL Manually will solve everything.

7th. If everything OK, just Flash with Latest Firmware of same Product Code of your Phone.

8th. Without changing RM of Phone, return to Customer with Thanks.

Best Regards,
Zuber Chowdhry

Use RM-719 while Erasing to make it appears in Local & Test Mode, Reason is RM-697 Firmware which you using must be Mismatch with yours Original Product. All Latest SL3 Series gets this problem of Mismatch Firmware.
