Mxkey team does not recommend downgrading, so you better search the net with Arabic language of the same version.

check again on file name , the real version of this file is 30.033 and not 30.33 , the last version of N96 is 30.101 , and no arabic for this version , so again , how can i downgrade from 30.101 to 30.033 ?

if you make downgrade, you can damaged your phone. better wait some days or weeks until nokia releasing RM-247 30.101 Arabic Language.

2 full erase on mxkey
3 flash phone 30.33
4 writ rpl
5 mxkey>serves>imei&securty>imei rebuild>repair sd
6 go to pm >click sd auth writ pm (wait 2mnt)
7 full factory

i thinks this more risk , need do FULL backup ( PM + RPL ) before any operation
1st.

Added, Apply DSP Patch into PM upload option
    PM308 from file will be patched instead phone`s PM.

with ticked "downgrade" when do flashing
last if doesn't help, with FULL erase metods
