no problem on usb flashing here.
what is the phone condition?

anyway, please press 'Image DL' to download latest firmware version.
as i remember, there is higher version than 500.21

As you must see in edit, now is "Contact Retailer"..

And, yes, there is a higher version.. Will try and post..

But the matter is that after flashing phone doesn't boot up..

if after use higher version problem still remain, please start self test and paste here the logs.
