I should tell you that, you're in wrong Section,

So post Mxkey Logs here or post in right Section,

BTW,
Phone still Locked from your Logs, even you unlocked as you mentioned & Contact Retailer even after all Test Passed,

Cannot assist with this Logs & what you have done actually,

This show, you done something wrong operation with other Tool,

So Run Mxkey & post Buscheck Logs, so can help you out on this case.
