hi all and supporters..

after uodating to rev 1.4 always getting same error.. this is 3th phone and same error..

Using device: UFS_USB V2.8 (c) SarasSoft 2007.
Library version: 1.0.0.8980(18-10-2010), 1.0.0.14844(18-10-2010)

Product: V 07.23 17-07-09 RM-352 (c) Nokia

-make sure phone is in correct mode as needed by software. test-local mode should be done smoothly. for that, always use good quality cable.
- make sure you have use the current version of nokia module. there are partial module update.
- repeat operation, switch to another blade server

yes i did...

this is the not first phone which this error.. this is the 3th phone..

mx-key on update 3.4 rev 1.4 can use loader ver 10.x.....
but BOX doesn't support loader ver 10.x....

try this.
for supported phones use loader ver 9.x.... or 8.x....
do not use auto detect loader....select your self.

ok i didnt get an error code but after i upgraded i had to unock 2330 but i had to change the loader becuase the first one wasnt picking the phone up.

i tried this..nothing changed..still same error..

i have same pro but i have full uninstall and delete c\mobileex
after restart your pc and install new version 3.4-1.4
after sing application
Goto Options->Module-select "Nokia Service Tool" and click "Update"
after restart application
your pro solve
