Error getting boot info - GSM-Forum

Hello, being reading a couple hours this forum, and i havent be able to get a solution for mxkey version 3.4 rev 1.7 and 1.8, im not able to unlock any phone eventough i have activated credits, i double checked cable, uninstall mx key software and install it again, updated.. with no luck, i get this error everytime trying to get unlock codes;:

Error getting boot info!
""

so whats the problem, is it something with jaf box (only box for nokia that i have), i have the phone on local mode, im able to scan, but nothing else...

ok, i understand but when mxkey box becomes available i wont ask,, so where is support then? which other box can i use?? why they dont have their own box? why i did have to pay for mxkey? if i have to use it with other box (almost).... what about credits that i already paid? so many questions that many people wonder, so, if this guy is piss.... with the other one, everyone have to be fu.... up because of them,, i guess this isnt the deal!! im just asking for something, i you tell me solution??
im sorry, if i have to write this but im kinda of mad because anyone, anybody, can tell me whats wrong... or just tell me, USE OTHER BOX, and i will understand!

ready,, ive tried with other box (friend of mine), and it worked!! im deeply sorry, for the inconvinience!!!
