Good morning friends, I have a problem with my mxkey, I do not know what happened, I need help. below is a print with the error. This is the error:
Starting application signing request ...Connecting server [ca.mxkey.biz] OK, Login ...Signing request denied, you have used 5 of 5 credits available!Make sure to set date, time, or time zone on your computer and BIOS. I bought my mxkey in i-phonegsm.com.br, which is oficial dealer i-pmart in Brazil

I have 2 computers, one of them mxkey works normally, however the more I use it not works, is giving the error I posted previously

Where do I find it?
and I found this on the support page:
Please 'Sign Application' first,make sure you have correct date,time setting on your computer.
Every card have 5 chances to request digital signature from server.

i buy my mxkey from i-phone telecom (eder santana da rocha)

I already tried with the previous version, yet I have to sign it digitally by clicking sign the application, and the same error occurs
