Error while HTI box update (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

Sir,
I have HTI box but when I updates the box error come ,because of that I could not able to use the MX-Key.
Please reply.

Open mobileEx
3.5 rev1.4 press Update HTI

you should use mobileex.exe, not the HTIUpdate.exe
