Failed to Get key

hello because when you try to release the 5800 tells me: Failed to get key .. according saw must have the latest version of the software .. I own the latest and the module is full update.help

post your logs......but i suggest to check you nk library if its up to date because even you use a new version library is not updated so need to update is manualy......to get stable communication......

ur problem will 100% solve. i had same problem in unlocking 5800. an i solved by unlocl with this version/.
