how to flash Whitch usb by mxkey? the program is not recognizing the Phone!

Which model you have too flash???
And your usb cable recegonised the on handset???
It is simple method just connect the Nokia usb phone put the usb cable in the phone isert the battery flash the device when pooling device come just press power button continously.
