getting problem in mobileEx 3.3 (rev1.0) - GSM-Forum

many time i have to restart my computer by forcing reset button

when openning mxkey, it can be run.... but the problem when trying to open NOKIA TOOL. directly , my pc crash/freeze...

i thought that it my computer software problem
i told to my friend about my case...
he got the same case.....
for old mxkey mobileEx 3.2 (rev5.6)....it can run well....
but for mobileEx 3.3 (rev1.0).... make my computer getting freeze/crash...

i hope any solution..

sometimes is the same for me, and others work fine...

Im have at same problem. CCS Tool - work fine, Siemens tool - worked, Virtual port - worked, Nokia Service Tool - NOT STARTED ---- Please Wait ....

hi bro i wana use mobile ex program with jaf but i dont know how because it cant detect my jaf box also i have not any doungle for mx cn you heelp me
