Hello Bro


I am having problem registering new key I get the following
Starting card activation ...
Connecting server [ca.mxkey.biz] OK, secure logged in.
Starting License Activation ...
Connecting server [main.mxkey.biz] OK, secure logged in.
Starting application sign request ...
Starting application sign request ...
Starting application sign request ...
Connecting server [ca.mxkey.biz] OK, secure logged in.
Card activation done.

But on soft it still says not registered. Anyone can help with this

I did try

I did try but the email part never did it started activating. All I did is press register and it went thru the process, so what do i have to do now-?

hi,
your registration is not reaching the activation server.
this part is should be done on end user desktop. can't be remoted.

what about firewall, anti virus, etc? please double check your internet connection,
because MX Key card service (activation server) is up and running now.

I just realized

Ijust realized that it is server cause the email part does not pop up, Thx too all thathelped

I have tried all morning

Well I have tried all morning and afternoon to activate a key for a customer of mine, Please Manole if you can do it manual for me so I can give to my customer. I have many before so it is not on my end.
