i want to know what is use of rpl file that i found in fourm witout npc data which problem will be solve using this files tell me and i have a 5800xm that i flash the downgrade ver accedently and then its show sim lock data courrpted so is thair any solution available for that problem.

Bro. RPL without NPC Data mean RPL File which only contains CCC & HWC, in short all Public keys, Security Server Certificate etc.etc... Except IMEI & Simlock.
Your half problem is solve means this RPL without NPC data will not solve your Problem, in this case try to Restore Backup RPL which is saved while flashing or else have to buy RPL to resolve it.

i have no backup rpl of this set tell me any perfect way to solve it i mean how can i get rpl for this set and which way.

Brother the only option buy RPL, you can contact here: http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/member.php?u=94675 , send ASK file & make a deal.
