help 2720a-2 after successfull unlock no network - GSM-Forum

hi all i need ur help i successfully unlocked nokia 2720a-2 rm 519 but when i search for network it says no operator found, tried with different networks same pls what do? i did it by going to simlock with direct unlock and init simlock ticked i clicked update splock.is this the correct procedure? here is log

Backup everything, flash with latest firmware and then unlock it again. Or maybe you need bandchange rpl, post self test log if problem still persist.

hi bro thanks for ur reply i have flashed with the latest version i.e version 9.85 the version that was inside was version 8.2 but the problem still persist after unlockung with mx-key pls what can i do?tell me more about the band change rpl but the phone's imei does not begin with 01 so is there still need for band change?

hi mates u can downgrade the phone before u unlocked...... try to flash low version then write pm the unlocked

Mr curvenger , Nokia 2720a Is not a BB5 Phone , its a Dct4 Phone

Y he need Backup everything? , Y he need latest firmware? and
Y he need bandchange rpl?...........Answer Here

He only need to change Filters in side the Phone PCB
for change phone Band from 850Mhz to 900Mhz and write good pm of 2720

I think u want to write ur Comments in 1000 posts daily

dear, you have done right procedure & it is a hardware problem so try to fix it with hardware solution. follow this attachment write a good pm of 2720, good day.......
