[HELP] BusCheck & Flash problem on 5530xm

this issue has been resolved on 3.5rev1.7.

download and install it
MXKEY
- do 'synchronize files' after install.

I've installed the latest version and done syncronize files but still failed as picture above

I've just tried another usb port and cable but same result. Anyone solve this? Is there a problem in the box?
