re-install mxkey, exclude it to your anti virus program - MUST BE.

it same,mxkey & mxbox,uninstall mxkey,delete all file in mxkey folder,restart pc and install latest setup.

something prevent mxkey to create file, please find out.
most case: anti virus program.

try with disable anti virus resident shield after that flash ... hope this help .
