help hti SL3 Logger gives error

hi, when I open hti sl3 logger it says application error
exception eaccess violation in module sl3u.exe at 77bd09ef Access violation at address 77bd19ef, read of address 77bd19ef.
tried everything reinstalling desactivating antivirus gives same error on all modules except ones inside mobile ex 3.5 v2.3 please help

unstall then

delete C:\mobileEx

then install post result

insert windows cd in run write this command sfc /scannow then enter

sfc_ _=space/scannow

make backup for your file then format local disk c install full windows

Your solution here is to change the main cable which connects from the laptop to the box. i experienced it for few minutes but i got mine working fine quickly after figuring it out. Hope it helps you too.
