Battery possible low bat, USB port low power, removed all usb inserted, just put the original USB cable of the unit.

and also try to re install nokia connectivy driver..

use the latest one...restart pc and repeat the operation...

cek the power of your battre.. and than press the power on
oh.. if your phone is rapu phone .. plug the cable last.. (when the computer ask to turn the phone on..
