hi when i want to install mx-key this message come to me

i have download this file from mxkey support the same program i install in windows 7 it work fine but i want to install it windows xp there is a command you write in dos screen before you install this program to solve this problem but i don't remember it

nnilstall mx and earse mobilex follder in c drive and install again

i have install new windows xp because there was a problem with the old windows

brother your computer is having driver conflicting problem

so either format it or check the driver
