Help me for the fifth step in security test failed 5220

i have a 5220 contact service -set came from another service centre-they tried in universal box and can not-i saw in ur sticky (if phone had bad RPL written by other people)-now sure its the problem to my set-i have done many contact service with in minutes-but this one failed-last four days behind this set-u can see my efforts in below posts.

now i think after WRITE CCC,HWC and variant certifiactes from another working 5220 solve my problem.
