FW version: 00.20
*** NOT ACTIVATED *** i user &email to next swon
Sorry, but his card has been disabled for some reason, please ask your reseller for replacement (c=10).
Socket error (11001): Host not found plz help me

Post your serial number and reseller and wait for MANOLE's reply.
