i replace a new display and mx options r hide ,i adjust resolution and appearance but still same from a week ago

Hi,

Your Problem not about Resolution but Drivers,

Try to update first your HTI box.

- Do not plug hti to pc
- Install 3.5rev2.1
- Open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- Press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- Proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.
- Restart Mxkey Application & will be solved now.

Or post Screen Shot of Device Manager for Drivers Error.
