help mr manole about my new mx key - GSM-Forum

last dec 28 i bougth 1 mx key here in the phil.After i install the exe dont open.so i decided to format my pc because maybe there is some conflict.after i format and install mx key it works but one time only.when i open again alwys show no sec. dongle detected.if i used 3.2 the dongle detected but the module manager is empty.i try to use it to another pc it works.i try to format again my pc but i got the same result.pls mr. manole help me

C:\mobileEx\3.3\data\drivers\card\FT2K=>instDrv_stdRK200 <= JUST INSTALL THESE DRIVERS.

JUST DELETE MXKEY FOLDER FROM C: AND RESTART URE SYSTEM THEN AGAIN INSTALL MX-KEY SETUP.

HOPE IT WILL SOLVE URE PROBLEM.

and after format of your pc, intall first the fixed version of mx key software, before plug your mx key dongle

like Activation,or is it clone or about credits...

i tried already to 3 other pc and its working.is there a compatibility to pc this mx key?

is the other pc use the same windows version with the problematic pc?
its also possible caused by bad usb driver.

So What are the things should we check at the time of purchase MX KEY in INDIA for its Genuineness....
like Activation,or is it clone or about credits...

Plz guide...
