br batter u try other tools, bc this tools not good for this type phone.

no need other tool,
mxkey can handle this phone without problem.

This is indicate corrupted / missmatch firmware file that is being loaded.
please reinstall corresponding phone data package or select file properly.

wrong type phone selection.

u choose BB5 phone,but your phone is DCT4 based.
