HELP MY MXKEY.......Mr.ALIM - GSM-Forum

Help my MXKEY eror when i Update FW not finish........Now i cant use mxkey beta15 not view the program mxkey at monitor. But I use beta12 program mxkey can view at monitor so my mxkey not activated
but previously walk normal

I try to activasion like this
Starting Dongle Activation ...
Connecting server OK, Login nkrpl.biz ...
Server: Client version outdated, please get an update !
Dongle updated, please restart application !

and i try download versi beta15 use with program mxkey like this

HELP PLZZZZZ mr. alim

try check "forced mode"

there no change [of] if using instaler beta 14 and 15 cannot come up at screen/monitor the smartcard only blink blink of but if/when using beta 12 program come up in screen and I click to update by force is mode of there no respon
is the same as with I click the regisinstaler of which which I must instal.

do you use AV ?

even card doesnt inserted,mx tools still can open.

something wrong with your installation or windows.

NO AV in my computer........... i have reinstal windows but same like that, not respon anything

yupps....without dongle mobileEx tool can open but if use mobileEX version beta12 mobileEx can open with dongle. and if use mobileEx version Beta15 mobileEx cann't open with dongle but without dongle can open in beta15

You can have problems with your internet connection with actual server of mxkey, this will be solved this few days with the new server we are working on it now.

Also some other changes will be done, please wait till we have all ready.

hi,
i received my mx key today from ipmart.com but when i try to Activate this massage alwas comes Connection refused ...the problem is in mx key or ur server?if it is mx key problem then i have to send it from canada..which i think i will not do tat cuz it cost me $55 so better i buy the new mx key..so plz tell me wat is tat problrm..thanxx

You don't need to send back your dongle.
Your new card will be sent to you in next days
and all you have to do is to replace the card
you have now in pkey reader with the new one.

Please give us time for solving this.
