sorry after reading again i dont think its the ribon

anway ribbon connects two parts of the slide phone. if its broken the the phone doesnt work or only the keypad lights up or the scree nwont power on

thanks for the link but the file there Nokia_firmware_RM-320_ENO_99.99.999_v3.0.exe is rm 320 not rm 421 the n95 8gb is rm 421 not rm 320 can i this this file on it?will it work or cause more harm?
