why I run any software mxkey always appear error like this, the dongle mxkey already stuck in the usb the computer, what is the damage-called smartcard? what is the solution of the mxkey? please help

what is your smart card type?
is it jcop or rockey?

try with beta 14
if ok,send your card to resseller.
will change with new card.

if card is NOT detected by SW version 3.0, then it can not be replaced.

only good working dongle/card will be replaced.
