bro. show full log or tell which phone you have connected, till then no help.

bro. phone is sl3, only backup of rpl can help you or you have to purchase new rpl.

back up rpl, then click reset selected (ticked on npc), your problem solved... no more contact service shown on the phone

u must tell the owner of the phone, if it will reboot itself every 3 minutes or more

of course it will work, contact service is gone forever, just wd enabled & imei 12345 he just want to solve security test failed, not simlock corrupted, see?

if the phone's owner doesn't like the idea of the phone reboot itself every 3 minutes, u can restore imei back to contact service

instead of being a brick, seems this is the most reasonable solution

on some phones buying RPL is beyond economical repair.
