I solved contect service 5220 set is ok

After that camera stand by fault

I write full pm file

And full erase after full flash but same problem

This file is configration file name.

NIMMIIIIRRFF06150110_XXXXXX.dcc

You can write Camera Configuration file by clicking Load DCC from Server.
