when we are doing flash so then phone memory becom format and most of the customer dont want to lost their contacts and sms bye the way we can move contacts but not sms is there any 1 to give my answer???????

best way is that always tell customer to backup data and in software you will not responsible for data loss. it will save your time which you will waste in data backup and restore. else tell customer to give extra charge for backup and restore coz it take lot of time.
