How can Login to mxLogger? - GSM-Forum

Hai every body!
I purchased recently my mx key dongle.I want to login mxLogger.I will try to login so many times but it was shown invalid username and password.I will enter my dongle serial number as username and password is which is given by mxkey administrator to my mail id.Any body tell me how to login?Thanks.

Yes u have to use Dongle ID as username
Password if u recieved in mail copy and paste it at Password TAB
Logger working fine just tested

pick server list.
login to support area.

and reset password by your self

Thanks for your reply.After your reply I will try in that way also.But problem is same sir.What can I do now?My Dongle ID is C0801756.I will try both host 1 and host 2 also.Please kindly solve my problem sir.

> Disconnected from server.

Yes boss in this way also same problem occur.I opened the our software and I picked server list then I login after press reset password.Password is changed sucessfully but when I copy and paste that password it will says
Invalid username or password, please check your details and try again ! Now tell me what can i do?Please solve my problem as early as possible.Thanks.

i think u type your pass don't use copy

I trying to login in mxLogger_v1.4b.Beacuse I want some rpl files.This password is also not working.What can I do?If you have any possible for login with my serial number and password?Please try at once.You may understand my problem sir.Thanks for fast reply every time.
