please help mxkey team how to change email address as i have registered my dongle with wrong email address

after using the procedure for email change
it give message

Email validation failed, please use another email address !

hi,
you can change your email by your self through your own control panel.
please press 'Go To Support' to do that.

Please, i have this Error when have reinstallated other time the latest update from 1.7 to 1.9, now i not can see my credits, 99 BB5 99 DCT4 and 100 SL3 , this is the error:

[UnauthorizedFault] Card [C080979A] have technical problem, please contact MXKEY team for more details (case id=0xCC06)
Please help to me
