Dear supporter i want to download some product file of BB5 phone but i dontn know HOW TO USE THIS FUCTION ? Anybody can guide me HOW TO DOWNLOAD ANY PARTICULAR PRODUCT FILE BY USING THIS UNIQUE FEATURE STEPBY STEP ? Thanks in advance.

I just want to ask to mx team to just reply my thread or if they have already closed their download server ,plz let me know so that i should not waist my time for reply-------------

2. select model
3. chk bus
5. clk on image dl
6. clk on 'download all'

thanks br but if the set is DEAD than how to do this ?

or simply i want to say that if i simply want to write PRODUCT CODE MANUALY then what is the procedure ? waiting for your kind reply br.

2. option
3. server
4. mxkey support
5. open page (mxkey page )
6. files
7. nk>bb5>product code
8. enter product code (see back label of set)
9. download the file
