install flash file. connect phone with usb "phone must be turn ON" select PC suite from phone. open mx key soft refresh interface then select phone usb , will show with phone model .press cocnnect. press scan if flash file already installed, phone will show info, imei and lock detail and soft will select flash file auto. then go to service and perform operation.
