How to flash e90 with mxkey

I have E90 that if u power it,it will boot and off.The owner said that the problem of the phone before was only phone code then he gave it to somebody instead of the guy to read only the code he went on to flas it and it started having this problem.This is the log,plz some body help me out on how to flash it with mxkey.
