there are only two ways:
1) buy RPL, like chaurasiya said
2) if your phone had imei but u messed up, maybe you did some backups so you can recover imei

Damaged SL3 simlock, damaged any BB5 IMEI:
presss restore IMEI if you have any backup.
and if no:
contact Fast Unlocking
make deal and send to him your .ask file.

ignore logs or version on picture, just an example

Here is a free trick many time working if phone have cmt data

use hwk read only cmt cert then save it flash with higher version after flash u will show imei 12345567?? then write cmt cert
