hi,
i'm sure that this imei is not phone's original imei. it has changed some how.
messy digits inside OTP, indicates damaged on it (UEM data2)

hi,
you will need to change new uem chip, and fill new imei. or,
you can also put a used uem chip, with already programmed otp.
just need to calculate it.

in dct4 tab
imei & security/online logger press login
tik dc4 imei or dct4+imei and press do select job.
