Hi,
What is the phone condition when the unit is arrived in your hands?

If you don't have it's ORIGINAL backup while the phone is in still in GOOD condition, you will need to purchase factory RPL.

Damaged SL3 simlock, damaged any BB5 IMEI:

presss Restore IMEI if you have any backup.

and if no backup, corrupted backup, incomplete backup, etc:

ignore logs or version on picture, just an example

Send this file to someone who sale Nokia Factory RPL.
