How to restore N77 - GSM-Forum

I have RM-194 (N77). After flash it hanged to Nokia logo. I made backup PM and RPL, then erased phone.

Now when I try to restore RPL it fails:

Any support, please ? Is it possible to fix this phone, it was fully working. Now I can't return to customer..

On USB I get only "USB device not recognized".

Tried to erase with UniErase file via FBUS, but it said Unknown ID...

When I try to flash as dead phone when I press power button I get "USB device not recognized"

How can solve this ?
