i am use kaspersky antivirous that couses mx-key latest version can't open what solution to mx-key team i am wait ...............

Turn off your Kaspersky then ....

or put MXKEY on the exclusion list. Don't know how to do it with KAV, but the tip works well for me with AVIRA.

are u using xp SP2,
SP2 IS WORKING.

first make the mxkey and the mxkey director in the exception list ..
then install again the mxkey ..

it will work...
