how to select mcu, ppm, cnt, and other file ?

it is difficult for me to select flashfile for newest nokia phones.
if someone have good idea to select file easy plz guide me

for example (5130 rm-495)
mcu: rm495__07.97.mcusw
ppm: rm495__07.97.ppm_mh
cnt: rm495__07.97.image

in abow example everybody easily select file for flash phone in any tool, because there is already name of file include with version.

but

for letest phones like e52,n86,and many more.....................
have flash file like below

example(e-52 rm-469)
rm469_034.001_05.01_Russian_prd.rofs2.fpsx
rm469_034.001_C00.01_DEFAULT_prd.rofs3.fpsx
rm469_034.001_prd.core.fpsx
rm469_034.001_U001.000_prd.uda.fpsx
RM469_APE_ONLY_09w23v0.073.fpsx

now how we know which file is mcu, ppm, cnt,or other ?

hope experts understand my problem and guide me well..........

lam_spiderman 06-19-2011 10:48

mcu: rm469_051.018_prd.core.fpsx

ppm:rm469_051.018_17.01_Russian_prd.rofs2.fpsx

uda: rm469_051.018_U006.000_prd.uda.fpsx

cus:rm469_051.018_C00.01_DEFAULT_prd.rofs3.fpsx

eno:RM469_ENO_09w23v0.a078.fpsx

..:: Devil_king ::.. 06-19-2011 10:58

rm469_034.001_prd.core.fpsx is mcu

rm469_034.001_05.01_Russian_prd.rofs2.fpsx is ppm

rm469_034.001_U001.000_prd.uda.fpsx is cnt

cor file allways goes to mcu

language (like russian,.....) allways goes to ppm

and same file ppm but without region goes to cnt

srinibas 06-19-2011 11:19

Download File from MX KEY / NAVI FIRM or use complete pack & use Market option Flash file will select automatic, the better way to select flash file in BB5

roshan.mobile 06-19-2011 11:35

mcu- prd,core
ppm- prd,rofs
cnt- prd,uda
:)

ismail2005 06-19-2011 13:54

mcu file will big in size

Just install this file, and set the "Data Package Directory List" to your firmware folder location.

MXKey Phone Identity

Good Luck.

unlockers555 06-20-2011 10:48

i install file to defoult location as below
C:\mobileEx\3.5\modules\{3EBAF427-9F55-419F-8A75-385DFC651169}

now where i cut-past the file to select it auto by mxkey ?

shybet 06-20-2011 13:02

Just add path to your firmware folder location.
or you can use default path folder:
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products
