i made 100% rpl backup but now have sim rpl in folder and pm so why not work say npc empty

My Friend,
I think you only saved or Backup SIM RPL & PM, but not Backup All Section in Backup RPL.

So now NPC is missing from it, result Imei plain: 12345610654321-?, very sad to say.
