Just follow the onscreen instruction, unplug and replug the usb cable to box. You have to do that twice: first, when you click the firmware update button, 2nd, when the updated firmware already verified. (the red colored step)

there is tool named HTIUpdate.exe inside C:\mobileEx\3.5.
please use that, easier..

Very strange but i solve problem whit this tool as i use HTI update of program 3.5 rev. 1.2 and give me problem whit drivers after i see this program i use it and now work all perfect.

this is issue of new box, IT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED ON NEW PC, OR PC WITHOUT PREVIOUS MX KEY, UNLESS ITS BOX ONLY WITHOUT JCOP SMART CARD......

SOLUTION:

FRESH INSTALL WIN7
INSTALL MANUAL DRIVERS

INSTALL OF COURSE 3.5 V1.2---SYNC EVERYTHING

DISCONNET , CONNECT IMMEDIATELY

wait!!!, for process to finish, PROGRAM CAN CRASH DON'T WORRY

"WINUSB" DRIVERS MANUALLY...

hi,
on example, i'm choosing HTI Update Server #1

- Do not plug HTI into computer, press "Update HTI"

- Plug HTI into usb cable IMMEDIATELY

- Just wait until it done.

i am testing all those 4 servers are all good. please check your internet connection. try to use different provider.
