just try to make all clear for you. And remember, you must have at least 1 (one) installed product.

Re-install, if you are not sure for correct path or corrupted files.

MX-Key:
C:\mobileEx\3.3\modules
C:\mobileEx\3.3\modules\{3EBAF427-9F55-419F-8A75-385DFC651169}
C:\mobileEx\3.3\modules\{3EBAF427-9F55-419F-8A75-385DFC651169}\flash

Nokia Phoenix
C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Flash

Remember to check Flash IC. Damage or not?
