HTI BOX No Security Dongle Detected Solution - GSM-Forum

After I install the latest version of mobileex_setup_v3.5_rev1.620111213_0

I encountered this problem:

This procedure help me out with that problem:

After that, just Run mobileEx 3.5 (rev1.6) or Restart App:

Hope this also help you out with that problem

on win 7 dont work why ?

did what you said then ask to reboot and still not pick up in software still yellow near it in the drivers any help please

plug HTI to PC, run rev1.6 setup. mark all driver option on installer.
pay attention on exclamation about driver install: give answer INSTALL ANYWAY
reboot pc after.

make sure you have update your HTI box FW to 00.50.
do it if you didn't. ignore dongle detection.

on 4th go driver worked when i updated firmware thats when had problem with driver I followed your instruction all worked on 4th go what a nightmare but all done thanks to you thank you

but b lil careful about other tool's smart card drivers

For those people still can't fix this problem just start sychronize file
To update driver in C:/mobileEx/3.5/data/driver/hit
I thing may be it can help u,
For me, I already face this problem
