install setup without rocky drivers tested manul install smart card driver and hti driver

C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\card

C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti

tested and working xp3 and xp7

re mxkey 3.5 v 1.6 no security dongle

install rhw mxkey 3.5 v 1.3 then install hti then install latest version uncheck the hti driver that all tested 100%
