When I connect my MX bOX it continue connect and disconnect with sound. What is the problem? Some body help me.

check your usb cable you can change and post print screen result

newly bought, using win7 home premium 32bit
any sugestions?
cannot update HTI firmware ver 0.48

Waiting for HTI in boot mode ...

followed all the steps for no security dongle detected ... Help plsss....

i have the new mx box(orange).
now iam in UAE,when i try to sign application its shows an error message
unuthorized fault card-authorization failed
country policy resticted /not allowed from your country uae,please contact reseller to fix the problem
how i can fix this problem
please help me

No need any extra Drivers, all there in Execute File.

Uninstall Mxkey Apps, clean Registry & Restart PC,
Install again without changing Drivers option on Setup Window.
Update HTI Box, if needed.

Post Result.

I use HTI on my win7 without any problem but after I install tricubes ACR30U driver yesterday

My HTI box detected but sim card not detected (show no dongle)

Driver reinstall and already show HTI but still same

And now it can't detect my SETOOL also

Hi,

It's your Drivers crashed,

Try Reinstall Mxkey Software & remove ACR30 Drivers.

already remove acr30 driver, reboot install mxkey lastest version

still same

Hi Bro.,

Try to update first your HTI box.

- Do not plug hti to pc
- Install 3.5rev2.4
- Open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle detection
- Press update HTI, plug HTI to usb immediately.
- Proceed with driver installation after update FW is done.

If not solve, then simply follow this: Perfect Solution for No Security Dongle Detected & HTI Drivers
