i just buy 100 hti credits yesterday & submit 1 at&t iphone

and try to check the status that i submitted imei but i always got this type of error (unexpectefault request denied, no query found for this imei(0129xxxxxxxxx)!

now i try to check my hti credits

how come that i got 0 credits now?

HTI serial: 00xxxxxx
you have 0 HTI credits left.
